Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official holidays.

During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Delivery Time

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within Saudi Arabia.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam: 5–9 business days

  • Other regions within KSA: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.


Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Trendsters may occasionally offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery campaigns. Any active offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this information to monitor your shipment status directly through the courier service.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing period, please contact our support team.


Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or inaccurate shipping information.

Trendsters is not liable for delays caused by external circumstances.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details during checkout.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information may experience delays or failed delivery attempts. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery notification.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.


International Shipping

At this time, Trendsters primarily ships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
